Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchases made by mistake.
• Corrupted or defective files that cannot be opened or used.
• Failure to receive the purchased files due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
